LeRoy Grannis Surf Photography

Recently, I stumbled upon a beautiful coffee table book of surfing photos by LeRoy Grannis.  The book is called LeRoy Grannis: Surf Photography of the 1960s and 1970s.  I just ordered the book online and I can't wait for it to arrive!  LeRoy Grannis was named by the New York Time as the "godfather of surf photography" for his amazing portfolio of surfing and sea images from the 1960's and 1970's.  After a solo trip to a surf camp in Costa Rica two years ago, I have become somewhat obsessed with the sport and the whole surfing culture.  I especially love surfing photography.  Leroy Grannis' images are definitely the best I have found.  See for yourself....
